The McHours Family

I went along to Alayna's 3rd Birthday Party back in May. She wasn't feeling too well but she still had a great time. She was very shy as soon as she saw my camera appear though!

After her party had finished we decided to do a family session on another day when she was feeling better. I'm so glad we did. :-)

The Shaw Family (Extended version!)

Meet the Shaw family. They came together to celebrate the life of George when he passed away in early March. Chris asked me if I would take a few family photos while they were here and of course I was honored to do so.

It poured with rain all afternoon but thankfully stopped around 15 minutes before we started.

It's not the easiest thing working with such a big group! I still have a few photos in my 'work in progress' folder.

Cathryn and Family.

Cathryn sent me a message on a Friday evening to see if I was available to take some photos of her entire family at short notice. All of her siblings were here to celebrate her Mums 50th Birthday. 3 generations, 8 adults and 4 children aged 2 and under. I tried not to plan too much as I hadn't done a group that large, nor 4 children all so young.

"Family is not an important thing. It is everything".

What more can you ask for when you turn 50? A loving family is an absolute blessing.

The Shaw Family

Saturday afternoon I met with Goy and her family. They are such a gorgeous bunch, cheeky, giggly and desperate to play on the playground!

The boys are hilarious. I never knew how many funny faces one boy could make until I was looking through their gallery and watching the many faces of Kaden!

Oskar was so shy around my camera and it took quite a lot of effort to get a smile. They were totally worth it though!

Tea Parties with Emmy

I am a mum of three beautiful boys. There isn't much 'girliness' in my house, no pink, no dresses...just matchbox cars and tonka trucks. I love having all boys and wouldn't change it for the world. But, I must admit that a tea party with pink ballet skirts and picnic baskets was a lot of fun!

The weather was lovely the whole day...until I got in the car for our session. The rain was threatening and the sky went from blue to black in an instant. Arriving on location, the rain fell. Luckily it was on and off so we could capture some lovely pictures in the light rain. Hayley, Andrew and Emmy did such a great job.

Jack turns THREE!

Jack is a Dinosaur loving THREE year old! His party was Dinosaur themed with Dinosaur lolly pops, blow up Dinosaurs, Dinosaur birthday cake and lolly bags.

It was a fun morning out at Howard Springs Nature Park. If you haven't been out there, you should! There are turtles and barra and a swimming area for the kids. There are also walking trails that look fantastic and are on my to-do list.
